I'm taking part in FeelGood Week for Pieta House to help us find the feeling that reminds us of how good we can feel and do some good too!

The funds we raise will enable Pieta House to continue to provide freely accessible professional services to people who are in suicidal crisis, those who are self-harming and people who have been bereaved by suicide.

Why fitness is awesome for mental health!

There are many reasons why fitness is great for your physical and mental health. It's good for your heart, it helps to build muscle and decrease body fat, increase your insulin sensivity and theres a release of endorphins. 

For me exercise has always been an appreciation of what my body can do and it is my solitude in the world. 

Grab a mate and work up a sweat! Smile through the tough times and enjoy the high fives at the end of the session! 


All fitness levels welcome, all you need is your body and be willing to have fun!
