Feel Good Yoga with Neasa

One of the benefits of yoga is how much it helps with emotional and physiological well being. Practising yoga helps to move us from our flight and fight to rest and digest nervous system. It increases our breath awareness which is a key to staying calm and present. Neasa has been teaching yoga for the last 15 years in Dublin 3 and is delighted to take part in Pieta House fundraiser. Come along for a uplifting and energising yoga class Saturday the 19th of Oct in Clontarf
